If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 15 days of the invoice date for a full product refund. (Sorry, we cannot refund freight, special order or items with personalized inscriptions). To return any item, please email Customer Service or call us at 1-510-673-9461 for an R.M.A. (Return Merchant Authorization) number. When sending back your return, please include a copy of your invoice with the return, write the R.M.A. number on the outside of the package and include a short note explaining the reason for your return. We strongly recommend using a Delivery Confirmation to insure that your shipment has reached its destination. All merchandise should be returned to us fully insured.. We can only refund merchandise that is received back within 15 days of the invoice date and is in new, resalable condition without any scratches, nicks or marks.
