Shipping Methods & Costs:

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Anywhere in the US:

- 4-5 Business Days $12.99 for the first item ordered + $2 for each additional item.

- 6-7 Business Days $7.99 for the first item ordered + $2 for each additional item.

Anywhere in Canada:

- 7-9 Business Days: $17.99 for the first item ordered + $2 for each additional item.

Anywhere outside the US and Canada:

- 6-9 Business Days: $21.99 For the first item ordered + $4 for each additional item

Please Note that International orders (outside US) could take longer then 9 days depending on the custom clearance at the destination countries. Customer is responsible for any taxes or duties imposed by the country of destination

Additional charges may apply for heavy weight items. Customer will be contacted by email or phone for approval to the additional shipping charges

Returns Policy

We are confident that your purchase from Egyptian Gift Shop will meet or exceed your expectations. If however our product is unsatisfactory, the maximum delay for returning jewelry items for resizing, exchange or refund is 15 days after initial delivery. Please note personalized and custom items are not refundable.

For all other items (Non-jewelry) you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, you can call customer Service at 1-510-673-9461 or email us at for an R.M.A. (Return Merchant Authorization) number, or simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail your R.M.A and address to ship the item for full refund. Your refund will be issued back to your card once we've received and processed the returned item.

When sending back your return, please include a copy of your invoice with the return, write the R.M.A. number on the outside of the package and include a short note explaining the reason for your return. We strongly recommend using a Delivery Confirmation to insure that your shipment has reached its destination

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
